PAYMENT:We accept online payments through Stripe.
Stripe is the best way to accept payments online. We handle billions of dollars every year for forward-thinking businesses around the world.
PROCESS:
After you place an order with jdwallingtons you will receive your first Confirmation email, informing you that your purchase was received and when to expect shippment.
SHIPPING:
Outside the USA: please email us for a proper shipping quote,
before you make your purchase. Please include your zip code.
Do to the increase of our online sales we ask that you allow 7 to 14 business days to complete your order. once your payment has cleared, UNLESS it's a custom order.
We take great care in packing your items and do our best to make sure that your packages arrive to you in a timely manner.
We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped via email and send you a Confirmation number.
Most of our items are shipped USPS parcel post or UPS ground.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
At jdwallington’s we make every effort to ensure your on-line shopping experience with us is a pleasant one, in the event you have a problem with your order, our greatest desire is to resolve the problem, as quickly and painless as possible.
Most of the items we carry are handmade or one of a kind,
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED OR WE FAIL TO DESCRIBE IT PROPERLY
we offer you two options, replace your item with an item of equal value or a cash refund

Let me explain- ( buyer's remorse) you see the item on our website, you read the description, you like it, you want it, so you make your purchase. The item arrives in a timely manner, it is not damaged in any way, it is the item you seen in the photo, BUT now that you have it, you changed your mind, and you don't want it - this is called Buyer's Remorse

# 2 The buyer must make contact with in 3 days from the time you receive your package. Via email or phone: (please give details on why you wish to return). NO refund will be considered after 5 days.
# 3 It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping cost involved in returning the item.
# 4 jdwallington’s will only refund the amount paid to us at the time of purchase.
# 5 jdwallington’s will not issue a refund until the item has been returned to us. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund within 3 days.
